Job sites are designed to make searching and applying for roles as easy as possible, meaning you can apply for multiple jobs in a matter of seconds. The challenge you face is it is just as easy for other people to apply for jobs as it is for you, meaning employers and agencies alike get a huge volume of applicants CVs emailed to them daily.  

Competition is harsh and response time has lengthened, because of this you may not receive any notification of your unsuccessful applications.
