Accounts Assistant

• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 
• Immediate start available 
• Fully office based 
• £14-£16.00p.h. 
• Weekly pay

• Matching invoices
• Processing invoices
• Invoice checking to ensure correct approvals for payment
• Resolving invoice queries
• Cashbook entries and reconciliation
• Working within a small team processing weekly payments

• Previous Accounts Payable experience
• Strong numeracy skills, accuracy & attention to detail
• Previous experience in a data entry role 
• Confident user of IT packages
