Accounts Assistant

Circa £30,000 per annum – Hybrid working (3 days office based) – 25 days holiday – on site parking

Fast-growing business who operate internationally are looking to recruit a Senior Accounts Assistant or Assistant Accountant who is keen to take on further reporting duties and work towards a management accounting role.

Senior Accounts Assistant – Job Overview

• Accounts payable process from end to end, enquiries to payment runs, processing invoices, applying payments on the system
• Cashbook entries and reconciliations, setting up payments
• Maintain accruals and prepayments register
• Maintain the Asset register and reconcile monthly
• Monthly stock valuation and reporting
• Reporting on revenue
• Assisting with the budgeting process and year end processes
• Month end reconciliations

Senior Accounts Assistant – Required Skills and Experience

• High level MS Excel skills (pivot tables, Xlookup, Vlookup, sumifs)
• Previous experience in MS Dynamics and business central (Sage also advantageous)
• A strong aptitude to learn and develop

Senior Accounts Assistant – Benefits Offered

• 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
