Fast-growing Royston-based company are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator or Customer Service Executive to join their expanding team! This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service and sales administration experience to develop their career. 

Customer Service Executive - Benefits Offered 

• £28,000 - £31,000 per annum 
• 21 days holiday 
• 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm

Customer Service Executive - Job Overview 

• Handling incoming calls and forwarding where appropriate
• Managing inbound emails
• Processing customer’s orders on the Sage accounts system
• Preparation of all information required for production
• Logistics management including international freight
• Answering price enquiries and providing quotations as necessary
• Answering simple technical queries on products
• General office duties

Customer Service Executive - Skills and Experience Required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to touch type whilst on the phone
• Confident speaking to customers via telephone & email
• Previous office based customer service or sales admin experience essential
• Reactive and organised
