Senior Customer Service – Job Overview

• Act as a subject matter expert for key services and support team members with technical knowledge
• Handle inbound customer contact across phone, email, and digital channels
• Support colleagues with customer satisfaction, service delivery, and conversions
• Process sensitive customer information and payments with accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with reporting, performance tracking, and improving service delivery processes
• Deputise for the Customer Service Manager when required
• Maintain strong internal relationships to enhance customer experience
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and suggesting solutions

Senior Customer Service – Skills and Experience Required

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer relations role is essential
• Experience in a senior, lead, or supervisory position is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive data
• Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
