New immediate opportunity for a customer focused individual with strong administration and problem-solving skills to join a small team of this established and expanding company based in Ware.

Customer Service Administrator – Job Overview

• Front line query handling via telephone and email
• Customer service including appointment booking and query resolution
• Providing advice and technical product and service information
• Liaison with third party companies
• Checking, validating and processing data

Customer Service Administrator – Required Skills and Experience

• Strong customer service skills
• Strong Maths and English skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Excel skills preferable but not required
• Ability to learn and adapt

Customer Service Administrator – Benefits Offered

• Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
