Customer Support Agent

£28,000 per annum – Stevenage based (hybrid working) – 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday – free onsite parking – life assurance

Are you an experienced customer service professional looking to work in an exciting industry?  Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional service? Our client is looking for a talented Customer Support Agent to join their team.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Stevenage with hybrid working (3 days per week office based). Due to the nature of the business this role will involve working a shift pattern: working 5 days in 7, 2 weekends per month, 2 week of late shifts (2-10pm) per month.

Customer Support Agent – Job Overview

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be tasked with providing an enthusiastic and high-quality live chat and email support experience to customers.

• Handling customer queries via live chat and email.
• Reviewing customer documentation and appropriately escalating to Operations Teams.
• Maintaining quality control by enforcing financial services regulations and in-house policies.

Customer Support Agent – Required Skills and Experience

• 2 years Customer Service experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Excellent written communication skills
• Fast and accurate typing skills to respond to multiple live chats simultaneousl
