We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual with excellent analytical and attention to detail skills. This self-starter will be confident in building relationships with a strong sense of their own initiative, logic, curiosity, common sense and above all, customer service.

Customer Service Coordinator – Benefits Offered

• £26,000 per annum - potential for progression
• Hours of work between 8am 4.30pm / 9am & 5.30pm

Customer Service Coordinator - Job Overview  

• Day to day account management of customers by phone, e-mail.
• Resolve customer queries and issues quickly and effectively.
• Collect and process accurate data ready for analysis by wider team
• Arrange and where appropriate attend on site meetings
• Position upgrades in services where appropriate
• Maximise revenue by introducing all services offered by the company

Customer Service Coordinator – Skills and Experience Required

• Strong communication skills and confidence to speak with all customers
• Query resolution experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience within customer service is essential
