This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of key client accounts, build strong relationships, and provide expert support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. No two days are the same!

Customer Service Executive – Job Overview

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs
• Provide expert guidance and support across a range of customer queries via phone, email, and letter
• Investigate and resolve delivery complaints, logging recurring issues for root cause analysis
• Process credit and charge notes as required

Customer Service Executive – Skills and Experience Required

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service (B2B experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
