Our well-established client based in Stevenage are looking for a Scheduler to join their growing team. They are looking for a customer-orientated administrator with experience scheduling engineers.

Scheduler - Benefits Offered

• £26,000 - £28,000
• Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm 
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Scheduler - Job Overview

• Scheduling engineers for planned and reactive maintenance work 
• Putting quotes together for customers
• Invoicing 
• Processing orders for parts 
• Managing an inbox of tasks to complete in a timely manner 
• Acting as a key point of contact for senior clients and delivering an exceptional level of service
• Coordinating company vehicles and ensuring they are logged in and out and tracked accordingly
• Producing reports

Scheduler - Skills & Experience Required

• Experience within an operations role or scheduling role is essential 
• Previous experience working in Plant & Fleet desirable 
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS Word
• High level of attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able build internal and external relationships
