Lovely new opportunity for an Administrator to join this friendly, local company in a varied role encompassing customer service, administration, events and project related tasks.  This is an office based position working 35 hours per week.

Administrator – Job Overview

  • Dealing with queries from members of the public over the phone 
  • Processing new applications 
  • Subscription renewals 
  • Processing payments 
  • Helping in the preparation of letters
  • Handling orders 
  • Assist in the promotion of seminars and conferences 
  • Answering enquiries over the phone 
  • Helping with the post   

Administrator – Required Skills and Experience

  • Have excellent customer service skills 
  • Have a polite and confident telephone manner 
  • Have accurate keyboard skills 
  • Have an eye for detail 
  • Possess good computer skills, including experience of Word, Excel, Outlook 
  • Have experience of working in a busy office 
  • Have a high degree of accuracy 

Administrator – Benefits Offered  

  • £12.21 per hour
  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
  • Free onsite parking
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays
