An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive EV Coordinator to join a growing business supporting electric vehicle infrastructure projects. This role plays a key part in coordinating the essential elements needed to bring EV projects to life, working closely with technical teams, contractors, and energy providers. This is an ideal position for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing technical workflows, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
EV Coordinator – Key Responsibilities
- Work with IDNOs, ICPs, and energy consultants to secure high-voltage (HV) point of connections
- Coordinate soil testing, earthing designs, and harmonic assessments
- Support the legal and estates teams to finalise wayleaves, easements, and lease agreements
- Manage project allocations and track progress through to energisation
- Organise and attend project meetings, taking and tracking action points
- Update technical drawings and project schedules as needed
- Support financial tracking by administering contractor payments and spend reporting
- Prepare handover packs and communicate with project managers and contractors
EV Coordinator – Skills and Experience Required
- Strong administrative background with excellent organisation and time management skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple technical workstreams
- Previous experience in energy, infrastructure, or construction environments desirable (ICP/IDNO/DNO/CPO experience an advantage)
