Fast-growing Royston-based company are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their expanding team! This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service and sales administration experience to develop their career. 

Project Coordinator - Benefits Offered 

• £31,000 - £32,000 per annum 
• 21 days holiday + BH

• 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm

Project Coordinator - Job Overview 

• Process warranty applications
• Agree terms on orders
• Complete project paperwork
• Process orders - add order onto internal system, follow up on orders to ensure they are moving along
• Invoicing - raising invoices, sign off invoices for goods received
• Responsible for project tracking
• Issue approval drawings to clients
• Booking couriers for deliveries
• Compile information for O&M manual
• Responding to general client queries via telephone & email

Project Coordinator - Skills and Experience Required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent organisational skills
• Confident speaking to customers via telephone & email
• Having an understanding of the Construction industry would be an advantage
• Reactive and organised
