Business Analyst

Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join this Stevenage-based dynamic not-for-profit organisation! This is a newly-created opportunity due to business growth aimed to transform their reporting and analysis capabilities to deliver meaningful business insights to drive strategic planning. 

As this is a standalone role, previous experience of building automated reporting solutions and using QuickSight, Power BI, SQL and Excel, within a Business Analyst role, is essential. 

Business Analyst - Benefits Offered 

• £45,000 - £60,000 per annum 
• Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm 
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays 
• Hybrid working (Tues-Thurs onsite)

Business Analyst - Job Overview 

• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and improvements 
• Analysing current business processes to identify inefficiencies and optimisation opportunities 
• Responsible for building automated reporting solutions and visualisations 
• Using QuickSight and/or Power BI to develop and maintain reports 
• Using SQL and cloud-based databases to analyse data 
• Working closely with IT to support system changes 
• Providing CRM expertise and creating user guides and training. 

Business Analyst - Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst position 
• Experience building automated reporting solutions 
• Confident user of QuickSight, Power BI, SQL, and Excel 
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 
• Excellent knowledge of CRM systems 
• Strong communication skills
