New opportunity for a Law Graduate with excellent communication skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail to join this established organisation. This is a busy, process driven role within a highly regulated environment.

Law Graduate – Benefits Offered

• £25,000 - £27,000 per annum 
• 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Law Graduate – Job Overview

• Collating and assessing case evidence
• Assessing legal documents for accuracy and compliance 
• Communicating with stakeholders via phone, email, text, and letter
• Providing impartial advice and case adjudication using your legal knowledge
• Managing conflict in a resilient and impartial manner 

Law Graduate – Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of a 2:1 law degree 
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication 
• Attention to detail, time management and organisational skills 
• Previous customer service experience essential
