Established and highly respected Stevenage based organisation are recruiting a proficient Administrator with knowledge of pension and investment products to assist Financial Planning Assistants and Financial Advisers.
Administrator – Benefits Offered
- £27,000 - £29,000 per annum
- 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working - 3 days from home
- 28 days holiday entitlement

Administrator – Job Overview
- Scheduling appointments with clients for financial advisor reviews
- Preparing paperwork for reviews
- General admin support for team
- Entering data correctly onto systems
Administrator – Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in Anti Money Laundering is desirable
- Able to operate in a busy environment, delivering work to tight timescales
- Able to multi-task, managing several client cases at once
- Able to work well as part of a team, supporting colleagues where necessary
- Strong attention to detail, following workflows carefully and ensuring documentation is produced to a high standard
- Professional, with a good telephone manner
