Our well-established client based in Stevenage are looking for client-focussed Administrator with scheduling experience to join their growing team! 

Scheduling Administrator - Benefits Offered

  • £24,000 - £32,000 dependent upon experience

Scheduling Administrator - Job Overview

  • Managing an inbox of tasks to complete in a timely manner 
  • Liaising with supply chain to ensure internal stock is replenished
  • Acting as a key point of contact for senior clients  and delivering an exceptional level of service
  • Coordinating company vehicles and ensuring they are logged in and out and tracked accordingly
  • Producing reports
  • Managing queries regarding vehicles and invoices 
  • Supporting with adhoc projects

Scheduling Administrator - Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous office-based administration experience is essential
  • Experience within an operations role or scheduling 
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Exposure to working within a large business is advantageous
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Confident communicator, able build internal and external relationships
