Excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join this well-established company in Stevenage scheduling engineers for planned and reactive work! 

Scheduling Administrator - The Details 

• £25,000 - £35,000 per annum 
• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm 
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays 
• Free onsite parking 

Scheduling Administrator -  Job Overview 

• Answering incoming calls from customers to schedule planned and reactive maintenance work 
• Opening jobs, logging information to bespoke customer database  
• Scheduling engineers to carry out planned and reactive work and managing their diaries 
• Creating reports on work carried out 
• Sending customers service reminders 
• Raising purchase orders and invoices 

Scheduling Administrator - Skills & Experience Required 

• Previous experience scheduling engineers essential 
• Work experience within fire or security desirable 
• Proficient user of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel 
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
