Administrator – Job Overview
- Managing and organising a high volume of emails, ensuring timely responses
- Tracking and prioritising tasks, ensuring all work is completed efficiently
- Processing orders and entering data into the stock system with high accuracy
- Communicating effectively with relevant teams and individuals regarding task progress
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations
Administrator – Skills and Experience required
- Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Strong written communication skills for professional email correspondence
- Confident using MS Office and other administrative tools
- A proactive and organised approach to workload management
- A team player with a passion for delivering quality work
Administrator – Benefits Offered
- Salary: £24,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Holiday package: 25 days annual leave, increasing with service
