Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business opportunities across key markets

• Build strong relationships with prospects and convert leads into loyal clients

• Pitch tailored solutions that meet client needs and close the deal

• Own your pipeline—manage outreach, meetings, follow-ups and reporting

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery

• Keep CRM systems up to date with your activity and progress

Experience Required

• Proven experience in a business development, sales, or account management role

• A confident communicator who thrives on building commercial relationships

• Driven, energetic, and self-motivated—you bring the hustle and the results

• Comfortable working independently with strong team collaboration
