Outbound Lead Generator

Are you a confident, driven individual who enjoys speaking to customers on the telephone and working in a busy, fast-paced environment?

This is a dynamic, office-based role ideal for someone with previous experience of making a high volume of outbound calls to generate leads and generate appointments. The role is completely telephone based, but you’ll be focused on following up warm enquiries, qualifying data and generating leads for this business with an excellent reputation in their field.

Key Responsibilities

• Work to activity-based targets, with a focus on meaningful customer interactions
• Making outbund calls to customers who have previously expressed an interest in the company
• Generating leads and turning data into enquiries
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all communication and activity
• Support the wider sales team with any other relevant duties as required to support the team

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous experience in a telesales or lead generation environment is a must for this role
• Confident, professional telephone manner
• Experience of working to targets in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
