Moulding Settter – Benefits Offered

• Working hours Monday - Friday 41.5 hours per week and overtime available.

Moulding Setter  – Duties:

• Mounting and dismounting of injection mould tools
• Setting of moulding tools and operating moulding machine
• Tool changes
• Machine Maintenance
• Tool Trials
• Quality control
• Modification of mould tools
• Stock check
• Dealing with customers and suppliers
• Maintenance, repair and modification of injection mould tools

Moulding Setter - Skills/Qualifications Required/Desired:      

• Experience in injection mould setting (Arburg/Demag knowledge a plus!)
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints without compromising on quality
• Strong understanding of materials and process optimisation
• A team player with great communication skills
• Prepare new mould tools
