Weekend Customer Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and reliable individual to join a busy and supportive team in a remote, on call weekend-based Customer Service role.

You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming customer calls and emails raising job requests, logging information accurately, and ensuring any urgent issues are escalated appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly

• Log service jobs and customer issues using internal systems

• Monitor and manage queries over the weekend shift

• Liaise with internal teams or contractors if escalation is required

• Maintain accurate records and customer communications

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call handling role highly desirable 

• Confident using systems and handling email communication

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Able to work independently in a remote setting

• Calm and professional under pressure

• Fixed weekend hours Saturday 6am - Monday 8.30am 

• Competitive salary of £19,200 for weekend-only hours
