Customer Service

High profile Stevenage based organisation have an immediate opportunity within their customer satisfaction and loyalty team, initially on a 6 month fixed term contract.  This is a varied and fast-paced role where daily duties will include supporting existing customers with a range of enquiries via telephone and email, processing applications, taking payment, promoting the company’s products and services as well as following up on lead opportunities.

This is an office based role, located centrally in Stevenage with newly refurbished offices and excellent on site facilities, free parking and close public transport links as well as an enormous range of employee benefits and strong opportunities for career development.

This is an office based position (no hybrid working), Monday to Friday on a rotational shift pattern of 8-4pm, 9-5pm and 10-6pm.

Customer Service Executive – Job Overview

• Provide excellent customer service to maximise engagement and retention
• Answering customer enquiries via telephone, SMS and email
• Process new applications over the telephone
• Taking payment for applications and renewals
• Performing outbound customer retention campaigns
• Represent the company at Events
• Following up lead opportunities and promoting products and services where appropriate

Customer Service Executive – Skills and Experience required

• Educated to A level or equivalent level of competence
• Excellent team-working, interpersonal and coordinating skills
• Excellent communication skills – written, oral and presentational
• Ability to time manage and prioritise
• Experience in processing payment details
• Very strong focus on excellent customer service delivery
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Databases, PowerPoint and Outlook

Customer Service Executive – Benefits Offered
