Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for organisation, accuracy, and exceptional service? A forward-thinking service provider is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a non-sales role supporting broadband and telephony service clients, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a customer-first approach.

About the Role – Account Manager
As Account Manager, you’ll manage inbound customer enquiries, prepare and process procurement documentation, and coordinate the full order lifecycle from quote through to invoicing. You’ll liaise with suppliers, manage contract documentation, and support clients with a high level of care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries relating to broadband and telephony services
- Prepare and submit proposals and quotations with a high degree of accuracy
- Source pricing from suppliers and coordinate order requirements
- Manage orders through a procurement framework and track fulfilment
- Support customers with specifications and procurement advice
- Prepare, issue, and track customer and supplier contracts
- Liaise with internal teams and act as the main point of contact for allocated accounts
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to service, procurement or implementation
- Maintain accurate documentation and records across all touchpoints
- Issue customer invoices via Xero and manage order completions
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in account management or customer service
- High attention to detail and confidence handling complex admin tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Methodical and organised, able to prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally Xero or similar systems
- Comfortable working remotely and independently as part of a wider team
- Experience within the technology or services sector preferred
- Applicants must be based in Hertfordshire or Bedfordshire
