Sales Order Processor – Job Overview

• To manage UK & Export sales orders, from order to dispatch, responding to all enquiries accurately, timely and in a professional manner.
• To maximise sales opportunities from inbound calls and proactive outbound customer contact.
• To identify, develop and key account manage customers in designated markets, in order to grow sales and profitability

Sales Order Processor – Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in sales order processing
• Good standard of education in English and Maths
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM/ERP systems
• Languages desirable

Sales Order Processor – Benefits Offered

• To £27,000 per annum
• Hybrid working (2 days office based)
• 5 hours per week Monday to Friday (rotational shift pattern of 8-4/ 9-5/ 9.30-5.30)
