This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Stevenage based client due to ongoing growth. 

Customer Service Advisor - Job Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include;

• Proactively contacting customers with the use of outbound telephone calls, letters, emails and SMS.
• Understanding the customer’s needs, and providing solutions that are best suited to their requirements 
• Building strong rapport with customers
• Updating relevant databases
• Providing excellent customer service

Customer Service Advisor - Skills & Experience Required

• Must have previous experience working in a call centre environment
• Confident telephone manner & ability to build rapport with customers
• Performance driven, keen to learn and develop

• Immediate start available
• Initially a temporary position 
• £12.00 - £13.00 per hour
• 9.00am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
