To £26,000 per annum + bonus – Monday to Friday 37.5 hours – 24 days holiday – private healthcare
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a collaborative and customer-focused team in a well-established business. This is a varied role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and has a passion for delivering excellent service.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of customer orders, working closely with internal teams to deliver an efficient and professional service. This is an office-based role (37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday).
Customer Service – Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and input purchase orders using JD Edwards
- Raise invoices and credits, and manage invoicing queries
- Book and track loan equipment and liaise with couriers
- Handle queries via phone and email from hospitals and sales teams
- Work with the warehouse to resolve fulfilment issues
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports using Excel
- Maintain pricing catalogues and provide general administrative support
Skills and Experience Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with order processing and fulfilment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with logical and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage time effectively and work well across teams
- Previous experience using JD Edwards or WH management software is beneficial
- A proactive, relationship-focused and results-driven mindset
