• Supporting customers with queries via telephone and emails
• Updating the internal data base accurately 
• Taking payments from customers
• Making outbound telephone calls to customers when necessary 
• Ensuring correspondence is updated accurately

Customer Service Advisor – Skills & Experience Required

• A recent graduate or early career professional keen to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good telephone manner
• Experience working in a customer facing role desirable 

Customer Service Advisor - Benefits Offered

• £25,000-£26,000 per annum
• 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday
• 28 days holiday entitlement
• Hybrid working pattern once trained
• Onsite parking
