Customer Operations Specialist

up to £35,000 per annum –Hybrid working (3 days office based) – 25 days holiday – on site parking

Fast-growing business who operate internationally have an immediate opportunity for a highly accurate and process driven candidate with strong problem-solving skills to support their Customer Care department ensure accurate and efficient order to cash management and customer after care.  This is a key role within the team with a high level of responsibility where you would interact with a range of clients and partners daily.

Customer Operations Specialist - Job Overview

• Be the principle point of contact for customers in relation to customer orders, communicating promptly to emails and telephone calls
• Place orders accurately in line with agreed timescales and KPIs using multiple systems
• Processing a high volume of complex orders
• Working closely with the account management team to support key customers
• Ensure correspondence and documentation is accurately recorded for audit
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Actively support in continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate with key project work
• Analyse and report to senior management level
• Maintain strong communication with key stakeholders

Customer Operations Specialist – Skills and Experience Required

• Strong communication skills and confidence to liaise at senior level
• Previous experience of ERP systems
• Query resolution experience
• Logistics and export experience would be an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail
• Analytical, research and reporting skills

Customer Operations Specialist – Benefits Offered

• £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
• 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
• 25 days holiday entitlement
• Annual company bonus scheme
