A confident and detail-oriented Retail Administrator is required join this busy Head Office in St Albans. This is a fast-paced, data-focused role ideal for someone with solid administration experience and strong Excel skills, particularly in VLOOKUPs and data manipulation.
You’ll be supporting the day-to-day operations of over 1,000 retail sites, working across multiple platforms to ensure key administrative processes run smoothly, from issuing contracts via DocuSign to managing alarm systems and updating large Excel databases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update key operational data across over 1,000 retail locations using Excel, managing spreadsheets, reports, and KPIs
• Confidently use Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs to manipulate and extract data
• Issue and manage digital contracts for contract managers using DocuSign, including processing credit checks and legal documentation
• Administer an online system used across retail sites, ensuring accurate and timely updates
• Prepare and distribute internal bulletins and POS orders using Workstream
• Maintain accurate documentation for site licensing, contact databases, and online directories
• Support ad hoc office duties including phone handling, filing, data entry, and assisting other administrators when needed
Skills and Experience required:
• Proven administration experience in a busy office environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data handling
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with wider teams and external partners
