An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join a close-knit, supportive team within a family-orientated business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on structure, and is confident supporting projects from start to finish in a professional and collaborative environment.
Working alongside a hands-on Project Manager, you'll support the coordination of subcontracted works, ensuring operations run smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also be responsible for managing smaller projects from a coordination and administration perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up new projects and process sales orders in internal systems
- Place orders with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and equipment
- Monitor project timelines, costs, and key milestones
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records
- Assist with scheduling, diary coordination, and general admin support
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and clients
- Manage smaller projects independently, ensuring smooth progress and handover
Skills and Experience Required
- Proficient IT skills and confident working across systems
- Excellent organisation and multitasking ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage changing priorities and respond to shifting deadlines
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive and process-driven approach
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
