We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to work on behalf of our client based in Stevenage, this is a temporary position for a period of 3 months with the further opportunities available.


Fleet Administrator - Job Overview

Duties will include;

  • Coordinate company vehicles and ensure they are logged in and out and tracked accordingly
  • Producing reports
  • Supporting field-based staff with travel requirements
  • Book hotels
  • Take minutes in meetings when required
  • Support with adhoc projects

Fleet Administrator - Skills & Experience Required

  • Fleet Experience: previous exposure working with a large sized Fleet preferable; some vehicle maintenance knowledge would be advantageous. Vehicle handovers; MOT/Service arrangements, Tyre management, Highway Code and Corporate Fleet legislation are areas that you should be familiar with.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Exposure to working within a large business is advantageous but not essential
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Accountable, thorough approach to work, driven to complete workload on time 
  • Confident communicator - with ability of building internal and external relationships

Fleet Administrator - Benefits Offered
