Part-Time Receptionist

Our client a busy service orientated company based in Letchworth are now looking to recruit a Receptionist to cover on a part time basis.

The schedule for the role is below:
Monday to Thursday 1-2 hours over lunchtime
Friday 12.45pm-5.15pm

Receptionist- Job Overview

As a Receptionist your duties will include;

• Delivering excellent customer service
• Greeting all visitors
• Fielding phone calls
• Ensuring compliance is met and standards achieved on a daily basis
• Dealing with customer queries

Receptionist - Skills & Experience Required

• Previous customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
• Proven ability to communicate with people at different levels
• Customer focused, with empathy for customer problems and a real desire to help people on a daily basis
• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
