Due to recent growth a new opportunity has become available for an Office Manager or experienced Administrator to join a small but very successful company. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to come and make the role their own by setting up processes and procedures in the office and provide guidance and support to the Director.
Office Manager - Benefits
- £25,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)

Office Manager - Job Overview
- Setting up office admin processes
- Monitoring email inbox
- Answering customer queries via telephone and email
- Putting quotes together for customers
- Processing orders and invoices
- Supporting on adhoc finance duties
Office Manager - Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
