Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for a busy role in a growing construction business? Our client is looking for a Construction Office Administrator to join their team and support the Director with a range of administrative tasks.
Office Administrator – Job Overview
This varied position will keep you busy with day-to-day office administration, document management, and supporting project teams. You’ll be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and high-quality organisation.
- Handling calls, emails, and scheduling appointments
- Ordering office supplies and PPE
- Managing contractor and supplier relationships
- Organising site visits and health & safety inspections
- Preparing project documents, tenders, and reports
- Ensuring accurate document filing and version control
- Supporting senior management with meetings and presentations
Office Administrator – Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong IT skills (Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office)
