Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for a busy role in a growing construction business? Our client is looking for a Construction Office Administrator to join their team and support the Director with a range of administrative tasks.

Office Administrator – Job Overview

This varied position will keep you busy with day-to-day office administration, document management, and supporting project teams. You’ll be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and high-quality organisation.

  • Handling calls, emails, and scheduling appointments
  • Ordering office supplies and PPE
  • Managing contractor and supplier relationships
  • Organising site visits and health & safety inspections
  • Preparing project documents, tenders, and reports
  • Ensuring accurate document filing and version control
  • Supporting senior management with meetings and presentations

Office Administrator – Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A proactive approach and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills (Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office)

  • 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays and a two-week festive shutdown)
