We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to work on behalf of our client based in Stevenage, this is a temporary position for a period of 3 months with the further opportunities available.

Fleet Administrator - Job Overview
Duties will include;
- Coordinate company vehicles and ensure they are logged in and out and tracked accordingly
- Producing reports
- Supporting field-based staff with travel requirements
- Book hotels
- Take minutes in meetings when required
- Support with adhoc projects
Fleet Administrator - Skills & Experience Required
- Fleet Experience: previous exposure working with a large sized Fleet preferable; some vehicle maintenance knowledge would be advantageous. Vehicle handovers; MOT/Service arrangements, Tyre management, Highway Code and Corporate Fleet legislation are areas that you should be familiar with.
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS Word
- Exposure to working within a large business is advantageous but not essential
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Accountable, thorough approach to work, driven to complete workload on time
- Confident communicator - with ability of building internal and external relationships
