A well-established Hitchin based organisation have a new opportunity for a conscientious and detail orientated Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This is a varied role working for a stable business.
Job Overview
As an Administrator your duties will include;
- Incoming phone calls and post
- Manage records of all hire equipment throughout all sites
- Produce invoices and statements for clients
- Produce CIS statements
- Assist the purchasing manager with ordering for site and factory materials
- Scan in all goods in delivery notes
- Answer accounts and payroll related queries
- Breakdown and data entry of all invoices relating to individual projects
- Breakdown and data entry of timesheets/payroll including expenses for employees and directors
- Keep record of insurance certificates and making sure all subcontractors insurances are always valid
Skills & Experience Required
- Able to provide outstanding customer service
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Manufacturing background desirable but not essential
- Must have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Excel
- Must be able to work on own initiative
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Able to work to deadlines
Benefits Offered
- £29,000 per annum
- Immediate opportunity with the view to go permanent
- Monday to Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM
- Free onsite parking
