This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Stevenage based client on a temporary to permanent basis due to ongoing growth. 

Administrator - Job Overview

As an Administrator your duties will include;

  • Carry out all administrative tasks
  • Monitoring customer service inbox 
  • Answering customer queries via telephone and email 
  • Putting quotes together for customers 
  • Processing sale orders 
  • Updating the customer with changes to orders and delivery times 
  • Invoicing customer orders 
  • Raise documentation for engineers to be able to carry out work
  • Raise estimates and purchase orders
  • Raise contracts and support with invoicing

Administrator - Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Computer literate 
  • Ability to work in a busy environment

Administrator – The Details

  • Immediate start available
  • Initially a temporary position 
  • £12.00- £13.00 per hour
  • 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
