This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Stevenage based client on a temporary to permanent basis due to ongoing growth.
Administrator - Job Overview
As an Administrator your duties will include;
- Carry out all administrative tasks
- Monitoring customer service inbox
- Answering customer queries via telephone and email
- Putting quotes together for customers
- Processing sale orders
- Updating the customer with changes to orders and delivery times
- Invoicing customer orders
- Raise documentation for engineers to be able to carry out work
- Raise estimates and purchase orders
- Raise contracts and support with invoicing
Administrator - Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work in a busy environment

- 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
