How to Build a Mentally Healthy Workplace and Prevent Burnout

MIND Mid Herts are a charity focusing on supporting positive mental health for individuals and businesses locally.  Put simply they are experts on all things mental health.  In our 1 hour session Nicky Kuklys will be helping us to Build a Mentally Healthy Workplace and Prevent Burnout.

We will be delving into the core standards of the Thriving at Work report to explore practical strategies and best practices to foster a culture of well-being within your organization. This is an opportunity to begin to explore the knowledge and tools needed to transform your workplace into a hub of productivity, engagement, and resilience.

By the end of this session attendees will;

  • Be able to spot the signs of employee burnout
  • Gain an understanding of burnout and its impact on individuals and organisations.
  • Be familiar with the thriving at work core standards and their relevance in promoting positive mental health in the workplace.
  • Identify strategies for preventing burnout and promoting mental well-being for employees.
  • Acquire actionable steps to create a culture of well-being that fosters employee engagement, productivity and resilience.
