Sales Account Manager

A well respected family run company based in Stevenage have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join their successful team. The successful candidate will have experience in Account Management or Sales within the food/catering equipment/hospitality industry.

Sales Account Manager - Benefits Offered

• £40,000 - £45,0000 base salary with OTE between £55,000 - £60,000 (plus car allowance)

Sales Account Manager - Overview

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Achieve sales targets by effectively managing and growing existing accounts, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Proactively manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential growth areas.
• Conduct effective negotiations to secure favorable terms and maximize sales revenue.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, design, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

Sales Account Manager - Skills & Experience Required

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the catering equipment or foodservice industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• A deep understanding of the catering equipment or foodservice market.
