Leading Stevenage based employer have a new and immediate opportunity for a driven, ambitious and highly customer focused individual with previous sales skills and experience to join their successful and established team where you will focus on maximising engagement from lead and lapsed opportunities whilst promoting events and publications. 

This is an office based role working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and initially being recruited on a 6 month contract basis.

Customer Account Executive – Job Overview

• Supporting customer enquiries via different channels, including telephone, email and SMS
• Follow up lead opportunities
• Achieve weekly and monthly activity targets
• Taking payment of new applications or existing renewals
• Undertaking outbound calls or emails to aid customer retention
• Promote the company products and services
• Represent the company at events as needed.

Customer Account Executive – Required Skills and Experience

• Experience within a customer service environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work towards targets 
• Ability to time manage and prioritise workload
• Confident with a range of office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Databases, PowerPoint and Outlook
