Business Development Executive

Exciting new opportunity for an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join this growing business! This role is all about selling unique B2B events, managing existing clients, securing new business opportunities, and delivering top-level customer service at live events. 

Business Development Executive - Benefits

• £30,000 - £38,000 basic salary (OTE 50k+)

Business Development Executive - Job Overview 

• Selling B2B events to existing and prospective clients 
• Identifying and securing new clients via telephone, email and LinkedIn to secure event attendees 
• Achieving sales targets across a portfolio of events
• Managing and growing existing client accounts
• Handling all aspects of the sales lifecycle 
• Managing pre-event sales activity and ensuring smooth event delivery
• Attending and delivering live B2B events with professionalism

Business Development Executive - Skills and Experience Required 

• Previous sales experience, preferably in B2B sales
• Previous experience within the following sectors: Education, Cyber, Construction, Energy/Sustainability or Security highly desirable. 
• A track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in account management and developing client relationships
• A proactive, ambitious, and self-motivated attitude.
