Successful Royston-based company within the construction industry are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their growing marketing team!

Marketing Manager - Details 

• £40,000 - £45,000 
• Monday to Friday, 40 hour week 
• 31 days holiday

Marketing Manager - Job Overview 

• Developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Managing social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation.
• Working closely with an outsourced web development provider. 
• Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
• Reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Taking ownership of website content and activities. 

Marketing Manager - Skills and Experience Required 

• Previous experience in a Senior Marketing Executive role essential. 
• Prior experience working for a construction company desirable.  
• Strong digital marketing skills. 
• Working knowledge of HubSpot and InDesign preferable. 
• Degree level educated in a marketing-related subject advantageous. 
• Proven creative flair and ability to create brand value. 
• Drivers licence essential due to location of office.
