Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager to join our client based in Hatfield. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of their online and offline marketing. You will play a key role in growing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and boosting business growth through various marketing campaigns.

• Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 Dependant on experience
• Hours - 7.45am - 4.45pm Monday to Thursday. 4.15pm finish on Friday
• Holiday - 22 days holiday entitlement + bank holidays

• Campaign management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms (email, social media etc.) and offline channels.
• Content creation: Develop engaging content for online & print publications, websites, and social media channels that aligns with the brand.
• Social media: Manage and grow the company's social media presence through scheduled posts, engagement with followers and influencers, as well as running paid ads – platforms include Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook & LinkedIn.
• Event Coordination: Assist with planning and organising events such as trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Email Marketing: Design & manage company email marketing campaigns to our customer base.
• Customer relationships: Be the first point of contact in the team for marketing enquiries from our client base.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Market research: Conduct research to identify market trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Marketing Executive Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years (marketing executive) or 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably from the jewellery industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media & marketing software (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Flodesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred requirements:

• Familiarity with graphic design programs such as Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
