My client are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchaser to join their dynamic Operations team. This is a crucial role to support our purchasing and production planning departments, so high levels of organisation, efficiency and previous purchasing experience are required.

Purchasing Executive – Benefits Offered
- £34,000 - £37,000 + company bonus
- Free on-site parking
- Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
- 31 holidays (including bank holidays)
- 5 sick days on full pay

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Manage the purchasing and production inbox and associated admin.
- Enter received goods at accurate cost price, and complete delivery note admin.
- 3 way matching
- Stock reconciliations
- Reporting
- Project costings records and admin
- Factory paperwork, such as labels/fitting instructions.
- Logistics prep: Gathering pallet dimensions and arranging transport
- Cover for purchasing and planning during absences/holidays
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple different projects
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn
