Job Overview

As a Warehouse Team Leader your duties will include:
• Managing and motivating a warehouse team to deliver excellent results.
• Driving a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Leading performance reviews, training and development of staff.
• Managing KPIs and ensuring operational excellence across all functions.
• Championing Health & Safety and promoting best practices throughout the warehouse.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to drive efficiency and service excellence.
• Overseeing stock management, transfers, and accuracy.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous leadership experience within a warehouse environment.
• Proven track record of managing teams to achieve KPIs and targets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, coach and motivate.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Positive, proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
• A genuine team player with the ability to lead by example.
