Job Title: Night Shift Warehouse Operative
Location: WGC
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 8 PM – 4 AM

About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company for a Night Shift Operative. This role is crucial in ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and accurately to meet customer demands. You will be responsible for unloading containers, picking and assembling orders, repacking products, and maintaining health and safety standards. Some of the work may be in a Freezer so must be happy with the right PPE to work in cold environment.

Night Shift Warehouse Operative - Key Responsibilities:

• Unloading containers safely and promptly to avoid delays
• Picking and assembling orders with 100% accuracy
• Operating warehouse equipment as required
• Loading vehicles efficiently for dispatch
• Repacking and relabeling products in the rework area
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
• Reporting any damages or faults with equipment

Night Shift Warehouse Operative - Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manual handling role
• GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
• Basic computer literacy
• Experience operating warehouse machinery (PPT, forklift, reach truck – desirable)
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
