Our client based in Letchworth are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team, initially on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months. There is potential of a permanent role for the right candidates. 

Recruitment Coordinator - Job Overview

As a Recruitment coordinator your duties will include;

  • Screening potential candidates and arranging interviews
  • Checking candidates right to work
  • Booking shortlisted candidates into open days
  • Coordination of the whole recruitment process
  • Working with the Hiring Managers to plan recruitment needs
  • Creating online adverts on a variety of job boards and use applicant tracking system to source candidates
  • Negotiating offers of employment 

Recruitment Coordinator - Skills & Experience Required

  • Confident user of MS Office particularly MS Excel
  • Keen to learn and develop within a recruitment role
  • In house or agency experience is desirable
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Polite and confident telephone manner
