Recruitment Coordinator - Job Overview
As a Recruitment coordinator your duties will include;
- Screening potential candidates and arranging interviews
- Checking candidates right to work
- Booking shortlisted candidates into open days
- Coordination of the whole recruitment process
- Working with the Hiring Managers to plan recruitment needs
- Creating online adverts on a variety of job boards and use applicant tracking system to source candidates
- Negotiating offers of employment
Recruitment Coordinator - Skills & Experience Required
- Confident user of MS Office particularly MS Excel
- Keen to learn and develop within a recruitment role
- In house or agency experience is desirable
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Polite and confident telephone manner
