Part-time Senior HR Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a strategic and forward-thinking Senior HR Advisor to join a growing and people-focused business on a 6 month fixed-term and part-time basis. This is a newly created role offering the chance to make a real impact by shaping HR processes, embedding best practices, and helping define a progressive and inclusive company culture.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will take the lead on key HR initiatives—from implementing systems to designing onboarding experiences and frameworks that promote employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing a new HR system to streamline and modernise people processes

• Creating and embedding structured recruitment and onboarding procedures

• Developing frameworks to support employee learning, development, and engagement

• Supporting cultural development and employee experience initiatives

• Providing strategic HR advice and support as the business continues to grow

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HRBP-level role

• Strong understanding of HR systems and process development

• Confident creating and implementing people frameworks and culture initiatives

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic and forward-thinking approach to HR within an SME environment

• CIPD qualification desirable but not essential

Benefits

• £50,000 pro rata 

• Part-time 20 hours per week with flexible working options (either 4 hours 5 days per week or 5 hours 4 days per week Tuesday to Friday)
